Service Description
Apostille processing service for documents being used outside of the United States. We assist with preparing, submitting, and tracking your documents through the appropriate state authority. Service includes guidance on document requirements to help avoid delays. Expedited and out-of-state processing options may be available. We will meet with you to obtain your original notarized documents and proceed to process the apostille. *Fee includes 1 document apostille. Each additional document that needs apostille is $30.Final pricing may vary based on number of documents, signatures, and travel requirements.
Cancellation Policy
No Refund Policy: We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds for any services rendered. Once a transaction is completed and the service has been provided, it is considered final. This policy applies to all our services, including notary public, apostille, estate planning, and tax preparation. Extenuating Circumstances: Refunds are only possible under the following conditions: Clerical Errors: If there is a clerical error made by our notary (e.g., incorrect date, misspelled name, etc.), we will offer a correction at no additional charge. If a correction is not feasible, a full refund will be provided. Service Not Rendered: If you have paid for a service that was not performed due to our error or inability to provide the service, a full refund will be issued.
